Chief Technology Officer Michael Rivers; born London U.K, living in Limassol since 2010. UK City & Guilds qualified electrician, 39 years electrical engineering experience. Cyprus licensed commercial 3 phase electrical contractor, 150kVA.
Chief Financial Officer Anthony Kyprianou is a British Citizen, born and educated in London. He relocated to Limassol 10 years ago and also has Cypriot Citizenship. He is a graduate of Imperial College, London (with an Honours degree in Civil Engineering) and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield University, UK. He is also a UK Chartered Accountant (FCA - Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales). He has over 35 years of business experience in the fields of accounting, consulting, finance and investment banking within the UK, Cyprus and Kuwait. Notably Anthony previously served for 6 years as Non-Executive Chairman & Board Member of a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) regulated by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC). Anthony has extensive experience of working in regulated financial sector companies and would be able to take the lead on behalf of Helios MAC in any agreed cooperation between us to establish and operate a company regulated by CySEC under the new MiCA Regulations.
