For services (installations, courses):
The 14-day withdrawal right applies unless you explicitly requested and consented to us starting performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose the right once the service is fully performed.
7. Delivery and Installation
- Goods: Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.
- Installation services: Performed by qualified technicians at the agreed location and time. You must provide safe site access and any required permits. We are not liable for delays caused by you or force majeure.
8. Warranty and Liability
- Hardware: Standard manufacturer warranty (typically 6–24 months for ASIC miners, 10–25 years for solar panels). We offer an additional commercial guarantee where stated.
- Installation: 1-year warranty on workmanship
